Jules Riding

GOSPEL SINGER

Jules Riding is a fulltime Christian singer from New Zealand. He has released twelve albums and twice won ‘Gospel Album of the Year’ at the NZ Music Awards. He founded and directed the Elkanah School of Music Ministry which ran for eight years on Great Barrier Island NZ, but now concentrates his energies on concert ministry and teaching on worship throughout Europe and Aotearoa NZ.  He is the author of two volumes of poetry and a worship program called ‘The Father Seeks Worshipers’ and has released two children’s albums.

Jules completed his 8th album JERUSALEM after spending 3 weeks in Israel on Sabbatical. The album has a mildly Jewish flavour with his distinctive mellow sound, not unlike the music of James Taylor, which is the most common comparison.  His other albums include RECOLLECTION (‘A Best Of’ selection), RIVERS (focusing on renewal in the Holy Spirit) and his latest album SCARS, recorded in 2024.
